Guidelines for Abstract and Paper Submission

Abstract Submission Instructions:
1. Abstract must be written in English and saved as a Microsoft Word format.
2. Abstract should be a maximum of 300 words.
3. Title: Capitalize the entire title.
4. Abstracts should be in Times New Roman in A4 format leaving 2.5 cm on the top and bottom & 3.0 cm as left and right margins, the title (font size 12) should be bold and capital followed by Author's name (s) and affiliation in italics (font size 11). 5. The presenting author's name should be bold.
6. The abstract and paper should follow this format: objective, design and method, results and conclusion.
7. The scientific committee will accept abstract for the categories of oral presentation on scientific merit.
8. The recommended format for poster size is 90 cm. x 120 cm. Poster must NOT EXCEED that size.
9. The abstract must be submitted up to July 25, 2022.
10. Registration fee is required for each abstract.
11. The soft copy (MS-Word file) of the abstract as well as paper can also be submitted by the stipulated date via email to [email protected]
